'The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.'

'Great big rooms for 4, on 7th floor for families. Food in restaurant on ground floor is one of the best in town, but aircon always too cold, bring your longsleeves.'
