'We stayed here for a week and this is truly a 5 star place the service from all staff from the reception to the restaurant are all friendly and service orientated. It was nice to be able to get a free shuttle to other spots on the island, (make sure to reserve in time and not last minute) if you go to Ko Samui this is the place to stay.'

'DIt is een heerlijk resort met ruime kamers en goede faciliteiten. Het personeel is bijzonder servicegericht en vriendeijk. Als ik een puntje mag noemen dan vond ik het jammer dat , als goldmember, er geen upgrade bij de VIP resort heeft plaatsgevonden. Ondanks dat de bezettingsgraad zeer laag was ivm de huidige corona toestand. Wat is de meerwaarde van goldmember vraag je je dan af. Een buitenzwembad en parasols bij het zwembad

'Mooie ligging, direct aan het strand en op loopafstand (15 minuten) van het drukke centrum (op het resort merk je hier gelukkig niks van). De kamers zijn groot, netjes en mooi ingericht. Het bed ligt heerlijk! Het ontbijt is fantastisch. Na een aantal dagen rond getrokken te hebben, zijn we toch weer bij dit resort teruggekeerd. Zo goed was het bevallen'

'een zeer prettig resort, zeer rustig gelegen; optimaal resort om volledig tot rust te komen. Garden Villa geeft veel privacy. Het is een klein resort waardoor het bij het zwembad en op het bijbehorende strand heerlijk rustig is. De keuken van het hotel is prima, zowel ontbijt als diner (op strand bij zonsondergang). 'Zeer fijn hotel. Hier voel je nog klant, hospitality is hoog. Er is nog persoonlijke aandacht. Ondanks dat het hotel vol was geboekt, bleef het heel rustig qua sfeer etc. Hotel is een echte aanrader!'

'Had a fantastic few days staying at Bo Phut for a birthday trip weekend. Staff was very friendly and attentive! Thank you all so much for the lovely birthday cake! Room was spacious and clean with turn down service. Nice bathtub. Space for an outdoor shower and the shower itself as potential improvement opportunities! Would definitively stay again. '

However, the hotel has a significant number of stairs, making it less accessible for some guests. Aside from the pools and pool bar, there were few other amenities available, so there wasn't a great deal to do on-site. The hotel itself is rather dated, but overall, it was a pleasant stay."
