'Great historic hotel right on the river bank. The room was nice with a good size bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise comfortable. There is not really a lot of shelve space, so if you're not travelling light, you might struggle to unpack. Every room has a nice terras. The pool is clean, but unheated. Breakfast is at The Mermaid Cafe, 2 door down from the hotel, and it can get very busy there later in the morning. Come early if you want a guaranteed table. Coffee and tea...

'The room was large . We had 2 bedroom , 2 bath for 2 couples. Plenty of room for all of us. Unit was direct Ocean front over the pool. Views amazing! Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. . We had all we needed to make meals . The hot water was off and on in the showers however. Maintenence came and said it was fine but one of us had a lukewarm/cold shower daily then it got hot so it took a long time to get hot. The sliding doors are stained with salt so should be cleaned or...
