'The property looked very nice and well kept upon driving yp to it. We were greeted by the gousekeeper. The room was large with a private access to the out side wrap around porch.'

'The. Floors. Are amazing!! Our entire stay was amazing, to be sure. The property is very well kept, but the hardwood parquet floors were the first thing to catch our eye. They are in excellent condition. Each room on the first floor has its own pattern. This beautiful house has so much character. Mary is a gracious host. She welcomed us and our toddler warmly, and we left feeling like family. '

'Greeted upon arrival and given tour and history of property. Short time later provided cheese tray and choice of wine on screened in porch with the other guests, followed by fresh baked cookies. Very enjoyable. Short walk to the downtown area for all the dining and shopping areas, great location. Room was very clean and in good condition. Slept very well on the bed. We will stay here again on another Galena visit. '

'This is our second time at this property and we just love it! It’s a very intimate setting, very quiet, romantic, and private. Minutes away from downtown Lake Geneva, so many restaurants so many shops, so much to do! The cottage is spotless, it has everything you need, it is absolutely beautiful and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend! '

'The innkeeper was incredible. He was great at communication, and super nice. He sent over instructions to find the inn, and parking ahead of time. He was there to welcome us when we checked in, and offered to help with our luggage. Our room was clean, well decorated and beautiful. We were surrounded by a lot of antiques. The breakfast was amazing. Better than most of the hotels i've stayed in. Luxurious ones included. The staffs were nice and helpful. The area was safe and super walkable. A lot...
