« It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. « Clean rooms, the staff was amazing great looking property and around a lot of food options. There is no free breakfast here it’s only available in the restaurants. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
