Cabanes à Sud-ouest du Colorado

« Arrived just before 6PM to nobody in office and a note on the door directing us to a different cottage ( # 22 ) than the reservation called for ( # 11 ) ..There was a gas wall heater...but no gas to run it . So I used the electric kitchen stone to heat the cottage , but someone had spilled grease on the burners so it smoked terribly. So I opened the doors and windows and turned on the fan until it cleared. Still no one at the office to talk to 7 PM Using the electric oven for warmth we got...

« This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs...

« Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. »

« The advertising photo of the nice cabin is not the cabin we got and booking was misleading. No AC, no water, no bathroom, just the cabin and two outlets. The advertising is misleading as there was no coffee. The coffee house pictured is not open. The people were very nice, it was quiet and it looks like they are really trying to do some nice improvements. The shared shower house and bathrooms are very nice, just a long walk in the middle of the night. It was very nice for having our dog along...

« This little tiny home was so cute and cozy! My five year-old kept calling the loft bed up above his “treehouse“ and I couldn’t get him down from there! The place is set up very beautifully, plenty of dishes, towels, etc., to be used. Also had a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was very nice! Served as a great base camp for day trips to Ouray and Telluride. Can’t say enough about this rental. It was great! »

« This was a perfect spot for us. We were met by a very nice man on a golf cart and taken to our rustic cabin. Hot day and ac was set perfectly for us. It was college move in weekend. We didn’t get time to use pool, but next time we will. Showers were hot and short walk for us. Beautiful sunsets each nice. We will return. »
