« La chambre était belle et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était un peu simple et mériterait d’être un peu plus étoffé. »

« The breakfast was 3 out of 10 because they had a bad imitation of egg and meat sandwich, I am not sure exactly what it was made out off. The freezer in the fridge was so iced over you could not put anything in it. The day I checked in I had an extra 50-dollar charge on my account that they said was for if I damaged something. I have never had a damage deposit and I have stayed in many places in my career and that was a new one for me. When I inquired what the charge was for they told me and said...

« L'hôtel a sans doute besoin de quelques rénovations (système des clés automatiques en panne) mais sinon nous sommes très satisfaits : confort, propreté et personnels consciencieux et très agréables, notamment les personnes qui nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée et ont pris soin de nous donner une chambre dans le bâtiment principal au lieu de l'annexe proche de la piscine et moins calme »

« Très sale, et trop cher pour ce genre d'hotel. A éviter »

« Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bedside wall lights are awkwardly placed so they need to be moved to...

« We selected this property because we have stayed at Fairfield in Moab, Utah several times and we really enjoyed the staff, the atmosphere was friendly as well. But, this place in Monticello was the oposite. Sorry! »

« It's not as it seems on the pictures and a lot things are disappointing... *CONSTRUCTION -- the area is still under construction. So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm. Even 1 person cannot have a shower with hot water. *FLOOR...
