'The cabin was clean. We do not have pets so I cannot comment on pet friendly. We pretty much had everything needed for our stay. The cabin sits on a small lake and there is a baseball complex on the other side. There is also a small deck and fire ring on the back side but we did not use it, being a bit chilly outside this trip. Wood was provided. Communication with the host were good and we had easy access to the property.'

'Overall the property is way overpriced! I really only wanted it for one night but it only had two night options. My children had so much fun which is the only reason I was okay with the conditions of the cabins. My cabin wasn’t filthy but it also wasn’t very clean. The couch cover was disgusting! The floors were dirty. I did a deep cleaning prior to everyone sitting down & even brought my own swifter mop. The beds were pretty decent on cleanliness. There were no bugs at all. The a/c in the back...

'A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor. It is a cute place with a great front porch, and able to fit 5 adults.The larger house has been updated nicely also, with lots of very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great.
