'We arrived to our hotel at almost 11pm to be given a double bed room, which is what we booked. We opened the door to a pile of trash. Upon further inspection of the room, there were empty TRULY cans everywhere, the beds were unmade and slept in. The pillows had makeup on them. There were towels all over the bathroom floor, trash in the trash can. My husband went down to tell them that was unacceptable and they put us in a new room. 'This hotel was really nice on the inside but mildly felt unsafe on the outside. We had no issues or anything but it just didnt feel like it was in the best part of town. Overall good price and close enough to downtown that it worked well. The rooms were really nice.'
