'I stay in Toronto every year, and this was easily the worst stay I’ve ever had in the city. This place simply does not function like a normal hotel. Management is off-site, and getting a response from anyone is incredibly unreliable and spotty. When you’re paying for a hotel, you should not have to chase people down just to get basic service.
