'Check In: Arrived at the reception to the building - security guard had to contact the rep because no information was shared with us about unit number we were staying in. Rep said they’d be arriving in 10/15 mins. Waited 45 mins for rep arrival. Rep claimed that contact information wasn’t shared with them (my phone and email are in my Expedia account). Had to pay cleaning fee on arrival (no issue with a cleaning fee) but unnecessary to do on arrival, should just be included in price on booking....
