'We booked this property last minute for a beach stay! It is 1 block from the beach which is convenient. Parking was easy under the condo. The condo was very clean with most amenities available. The sofa bed was ok in a pinch or for small kids that don't mind the lumps. Otherwise, bring an air mattress and you'll be fine. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!'

Furniture was a tad uncomfortable but it was pull outs for extra bed so that’s expected. Enjoyed my stay there. '

'We were lucky to find this as we planned a last minute weekend trip. We had two adults and three teens. We slept 2 to each room and one of the kids slept on the pull out. Beautiful view on the enclosed balcony. The walk to the beach is nice and short. The beach is less crowded on this end as well. Will book again in the future!'

The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!'

'The host is very prompt in his replies and information. My husband and I found the property easy to get to and access.The actual unit (#4) we were in had a small freezer as well as a mini fridge, so that was a bonus!You need to bring your own propane if you want to use the grill. We were not aware of that. We ended up taking one of the empty tanks and exchanging and decided to leave our full tank to gift to the next guests. :)We set up across the street on the beach about a 3 minute walk to the...
