'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'We had a wonderful stay at The Kennedy Tucson! We traveled with our kids, and it was the perfect family-friendly hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. Great location, great atmosphere, and excellent value. We would definitely stay here again!'
