Residenties in Zoniënwoud

'One night stay as close to train station and we needed to be in Brussels early the next day. Hosts were amazing, spoke excellent English and extremely helpful. Left us access to breakfast as we were up early. Room very clean and comfortable, with direct access to garden. Set in a beautiful location, but close to main road arteries. Would have liked to stay longer to explore the local walking routes. Excellent for cyclists too.'

'All good! I had a nice stay and everyone was friendly and helpful.'

'I have been going to this hotel for the past 8 years. It is sad to see that it has not been maintained at all. The carpets need upgrading, the rooms need new paint, the washrooms have rusted mirrors, and the cabinets are all chipped. This is no longer a 5-star hotel. Also, the lovely breakfast buffet now has these horrible machines that do coffee and sludge water for tea, forcing the client to get their coffee/tea but delivering badly tasting water and coffee. Why would you place two of those...

'Great hotel, and professional working staff. Room was clean just need a bit of an update.'

'Dans le cadre de mon activité professionnelle, je dois me rendre régulièrement sur Bruxelles. L-Avenue est l'hôtel par excellence dans mes choix... Services, installations, petit déjeuner, ... rien à reprocher !!'
