'This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be...

'Nice breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms'

'We went there specifically for the pool and they closed it mid day. Are bathroom door in room 208 dose not close. And we missed out on breakfast even thow everything was out I wasn’t aloud to grab anything till 6:30 and had to leave at 6:25. Not impressed this visit especially when there price is almost double the competition in the area'

'This is the best place to stay whenever we come to town! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. If we needed to move to a new room in a flash, they were there to make it happen! Coffee shop down the road and plenty of walking paths. Could use a bigger work-out room. But all in all its a great place to stay! Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful! 'The king bed in the Jacuzzi room had a very noticable dip in the middle. the electric blinds didn't work worth a damn, and the screen on the blind control has a crack with an lcd bleed. The water park is nice apart from the walking areas, which really need some resurfacing and since it's closed 4 days a week there's really no excuse for it not to be in 100 out of 100 condition. My biggest complaint is it's a 300$ a night hotel so charging 14 bucks a person For glorified Continental breakfast is...

'Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'
