Pensions in Zhubei

'What a nightmare. First the address on Expedia was wrong. Spent 30mins looking for the place. Call the property, the person didn’t speak any English and I did my best with my limited Chinese. A security guard saw we wondering around and helped me talk to the property owner. Finally checked in, had to walk around the building to get to the room. The room as like my grandma’s spare room, clean but not a hotel room. I would not recommend this place especially for foreigners.'

'Close to airport and Gloria outlet'

'停車方便，房間也蠻乾淨的，服務態度非常好，非常推薦的一間旅館'

'日本から訪れたのですが、スタッフの方には、日本語でとても優しく寄り添っていただき、その他にも素敵なおもてなしもしていただき、本当に心が温かくなりました。 次に台北へ訪れた際にも、こちらに寄りたいと思います。'

'We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after 1. Stains, hairs, dust, insects, used tissues. That was all in the room when we got in. The staff was very dismissive and shrugged it off, saying we should wear slippers in the room because the floor is dirty! The airco cannot be controlled, so it is also very cold in the room. We were covered in bed bug bites the next day. The staff offered another room, but it was as dirty as the previous, and the staff said they cannot guarantee that that...

'There’s a really useful laundry service (the staff will wash and dry the cloth for you), and room tidying every day.'

'5 minutes walk from Taoyuan Airport Taipei Station, 7 walk minutes to Taipei Main Station MRT. Many 711 and Family Mart nearby. 4 washer and dryer laundry room on 4th floor lobby. Hotel staff was able to keep my luggages while I travel from Taipei to another city since I had a return reservation booking a few days later. This was very helpful so that I did not have to go look for luggage storage. Staff and very helpful. Would stay again in the future.'

'房間乾淨舒適，服務人員親切'

'good stay'

'Nice option for a stay in the Ximen area. Very cool hotel with comfy, clean rooms. There is also a lounge with massage chairs. Overall a great value.'

'It does have balcony and clothes washing facilities, very handy!'

'Room was clean and facilities well maintained. However there’s no cleaning service.'

'Very well designed hotel room with smart features for a traveller, like universal power plugs. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The mattress is a bit on the short side though (180cm), so not ideal for taller people. The mattress is also very hard, so that's something to keep in mind. They also offer you to order breakfast from a famous breakfast place, which is deliver3d to the hotel between 07:30 and 08:30, so you don't have to wait in a queue for over an hour. Nice option, but...

'The room itself was new and clean as the hotel looks to have been renovated very recently. The problems began when I noticed another name for the hotel which confused me. When I got to the floor, two other guests were having issues checking in. The machine wasn't recognizing our booking numbers and one guest spent most of his time on the phone with customer service trying to help us all out. I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...
