I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, my experience fell well below the standards I expect from a professionally managed hotel. While the location is convenient, several operational and service-related concerns made the stay disappointing.
From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the front-line staff lacked proper hospitality training. The greeting was informal and did not convey professionalism. Staff attire was inconsistent and in some cases inappropriate for a hotel setting—several employees appeared to be working without any uniform or dress code in place, which contributed to an overall impression of poor management oversight.
The condition of the guest room was also concerning. Upon inspecting the bed, I found small bugs on the bed sheet, which is entirely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. Additionally, the bathroom appeared run down, with visible wear on the walls and fixtures that gave the impression of inadequate maintenance and cleaning.
Overall, this property would benefit significantly from improved staff training, the implementation of a consistent uniform policy, and a focused effort on housekeeping and facility upkeep. With proper attention to these areas, the hotel may be able to provide a more comfortable and professional experience for future guests. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I cannot recommend the property at this time.
