Pensions in Taipei

'Nice option for a stay in the Ximen area. Very cool hotel with comfy, clean rooms. There is also a lounge with massage chairs. Overall a great value.'

'5 minutes walk from Taoyuan Airport Taipei Station, 7 walk minutes to Taipei Main Station MRT. Many 711 and Family Mart nearby. 4 washer and dryer laundry room on 4th floor lobby. Hotel staff was able to keep my luggages while I travel from Taipei to another city since I had a return reservation booking a few days later. This was very helpful so that I did not have to go look for luggage storage. Staff and very helpful. Would stay again in the future.'

'Very well designed hotel room with smart features for a traveller, like universal power plugs. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The mattress is a bit on the short side though (180cm), so not ideal for taller people. The mattress is also very hard, so that's something to keep in mind. They also offer you to order breakfast from a famous breakfast place, which is deliver3d to the hotel between 07:30 and 08:30, so you don't have to wait in a queue for over an hour. Nice option, but...

'台北駅の近くに立地しており、台北市内での各地への行動にとても便利でした。'

'Staff were helpful well located quiet close to shilin markets'

'We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after 1. Stains, hairs, dust, insects, used tissues. That was all in the room when we got in. The staff was very dismissive and shrugged it off, saying we should wear slippers in the room because the floor is dirty! The airco cannot be controlled, so it is also very cold in the room. We were covered in bed bug bites the next day. The staff offered another room, but it was as dirty as the previous, and the staff said they cannot guarantee that that...

'日本から訪れたのですが、スタッフの方には、日本語でとても優しく寄り添っていただき、その他にも素敵なおもてなしもしていただき、本当に心が温かくなりました。 次に台北へ訪れた際にも、こちらに寄りたいと思います。'

'台風の最中、カップ麺のサービスが有り難かった。またランドリー設備のおかげで、荷物を最小限にでき助かった。'

'Good team'

'There’s a really useful laundry service (the staff will wash and dry the cloth for you), and room tidying every day.'

'Clean and simple'

'The room itself was new and clean as the hotel looks to have been renovated very recently. The problems began when I noticed another name for the hotel which confused me. When I got to the floor, two other guests were having issues checking in. The machine wasn't recognizing our booking numbers and one guest spent most of his time on the phone with customer service trying to help us all out. I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...

'スマホが調子悪く、ホテルをチェックアウトした後　また、戻り、Wi-Fiに繋げて、中国語わからないので、電話も応対してもらい、スタッフの方に本当に良く助けてもらいました。立地も良いのですが、運転手さんには、わかりにくいみたいでした。'

'good stay'

'We stayed as a family of six and rented a two-bedroom unit, which worked well for our group. The space was convenient for a larger family, with enough room for everyone to stay comfortably together. Having two bedrooms made the stay much more practical and relaxing compared to booking separate rooms. The accommodation was a good option for families traveling together and looking for extra space. If you are visiting with children or a bigger group, this setup can make your trip much easier and...
