'Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has...

'Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. It took six minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The only thing I would have wished for was that the hot tubs were set warmer. Staff was amazing!'

'Was in alle opzichten verzorgd .De badkamer had iets groter mogen zijn , maar dat was slechts een detail. Het restaurant is uitstekend , zowel qua smaak, kwaliteit van de ingrediënten , presentatie, en de bediening heel attent en professioneel.. Ook het ontbijtbuffet en de er bij aangeboden à la carte mogelijkheden zijn uiterst verzorgd. Concierge goed geïnformeerd over de mogelijkheden rondom.'

'Cumplió con la estadía. Sin embargo, la atencion no fue la mejor ni de cerca. Me gustaria atribuirselo a la cantidad de gente que habia, pero no me pareció que fuera así. Escanearon mi tarjeta de credito para "garantia del sistema", cosa que es incorrecto en muchos niveles. Me di cuenta tarde. No lo volvería a elegir. '

'Can’t beat the location. Lighting was overly complex, and could have really used some kind of low night lighting. Overall it was unique and worth checking out.'

'It’s very close to train station, stores and restaurants. You can walk 10 minutes to see Matterhorn from village. The apartment that we got is at 3rd floor so we have to lift our luggage up. No storage space to hold your luggage after you check out but you can leave your luggage at the basement where is an open space, no locker or door to keep your items safe. You also can store luggages at locker room at train station which offer different size of locker. Please note that we have to pay taxes...
