Chalets in Zarautz

'Nice concept of a hotel sollely on ground level. Initialy hard to find because of the reserved street for locals only. Great hotel with excellent and enthousiastic service. Great compliment for the service mindedness of Pablo. He gave us great tips for things to do and to see in the environment. With extended knowledge of the history and local culture. Great valet parking service. '

'Amazing '

'Alles was perfect. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer aan te bevelen.'

'We booked two triple rooms, but only got doubles. No AC. No staff on site. It was fine, but not worth the money for what you got for the stay.'

'We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town.'
