Every room is designed so it is completely private, so you can have the curtains open on the entire glass wall in the bedroom and look out over the Bay of Biscay, and soak in the tub while inhaling the ocean air. You are practically outside. They really take care of you, here. They have a spa, and they are attached to the Akelarre Restaurant (3 Michelin stars) that started it all. "

CONS - we took a family room that sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Rooms are small, not enough closet or storage space, one chair and one small trash bin in the toilet. Instead of shampoo and body wash - they have combo soaps for hair, body and hand."
