20 minute walk to sea front and a 10 minute walk to supermarket. Charming and helpful hostess and spotlessly clean! Very comfortable bed but Room a little dated. However will definitely stay again.

Appartement agréable, bien situé la piscine est clairement un plus après la journée a la plage, en visite ou simplement pour une journée de calme. L'hôte est très sympa, souriante et disponible. La propriété est parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Cependant j'ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (j'ai encore vérifié ce jour la reservation) et apparemment nous étions attendu seulement pour 2 adultes, le lit a immédiatement été fait pour mes enfants mais surprise au départ nous avons dut payer 105€ pour "lit supplémentaire" alors que j'avais réglé la totalité pour 4 personnes a la réservation....

After we visited Plitvice, we arrived at the villa about 11pm. It was so late, but the host welcomed us incredibly kindly and friendly. The rooms were large, clean, and stylish. The pool was very clean because of being cleaned by a robot, but unfortunately we had no time to swim there. If you visit Zadar in a rental car, I recommend this villa! プリトヴィッチェが閉園してから向かったために到着が23時頃となってしまいましたが、ホストの女性はとても親切に迎えてくれました。部屋は広く、清潔で、スタイリッシュでした。プールは ロボットが掃除をしていて、とてもきれいでした（残念ながら、私たちはプールで泳ぐ時間がとれませんでしたが）。レンタカーでザダルを訪れるなら、是非ここをお勧めします！

Property had the most comfortable beds. Lots of room. it was a bit far from the old part of the town but since we had a car it didn't bother us.

Great villa even better host!
The host was very nice and accommodating! She was a pleasure to be around and the property was truly beautiful! There is not a whole lot around the direct area but you are still so close to the bustle of Zadar! The pool was amazing and the villa had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

Villa Vanilla relaxation
This was one of the nicest places we stayed at during a month long European trip. We had the large suite with our own personal pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were great. Best pillows on the trip-memory foam. Living area was nice. Cool pet turtle named Franklin roamed the yard. Perfect parking behind the building. Open area behind the building to walk and explore. It was really too far from the beach to walk to it and that may be the only slight flaw in an in an otherwise perfect spot.

Not an regular hotel
I really have no complaints about this hotel. It was actually really nice. However it is not a resort or a hotel for that matter. This is a family house, and they use the rooms and made them into hotel rooms. The reception is never there so it made it difficult to pay our bill or ask any kind of questions. The location wasn't exactly ideal either. It was about 2 miles away from Old Town and going their at night is a little unnerving. But with all that being said is was a nice little room, it was all clean and fairly safe. It would be great to be if you are bringing children.The owners are very nice and are willing to help you with anything.

Recommended
This was a clean and comfortable place to stay where the owner made us feel very welcome- nothing was too much trouble. It was a little further away from the old town and beach than we expected but actually this was a good thing as Zadar was quite crowded. It was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen area needed updating in our room but other than that was ok. Overall we were delighted with our choice and will stay here again.

Relaxing, calm and confortable
The pool and garden are great. Close to the city and the beach by car (easily accessible by bus or cab too). Apartment is big and confortable. Owner very friendly. Piscine et jardin sont superbes. Près de la ville et de la plage par auto (aussi facile d'accès par bus ou taxi). L'appartement est grand et confortable. Proprio très sympa.

Nettes Apartment in guter Lage
Großes Apartment in Altstadt Nähe. Badezimmer ist Mini und etwas outdated. Sehr nette Begrüßung und Information über die Stadt, Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. WLAN Verbindung war zwar angeboten, hat aber nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!

Great Stay!
The apartment, staff and breakfast were all exceptional. The friendly owner accommodated our late arrival just before midnight and was very willing to help in all aspects with advice on local restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Our apartment had its own terrace and private pool overlooking the main pool, a much appreciated touch although the main pool is also excellent. The substantial breakfast was delivered to the apartment and included omelette or eggs of choice in addition to cheeses, meats, yoghurts, juice and coffee etc. Wi-fi was excellent. Although we had a car, the centre of Zadar is less than two miles away and easily walkable for those with basic fitness. A supermarket is also located half a mile away if you like to self cater using the kitchen equipment, as are several restaurants for those prefer to dine out. All in all a great stay and we will use the accommodation again.

Très bon séjour à la Villa Vanilla, accueil très chaleureux, accès rapide au centre-ville de Zadar en voiture. Hôtesses très disponibles. Point de chute idéal pour visiter les environs et le parc naturel de Plitvice.

Helt ok hotell, men sämre personal
Hotellet var mysigt och möjlighet till poolbad var toppen. Rummet var däremot mycket mindre än vi uppfattat de av korten. Personalen var även ganska dålig. Först missa de att anordna transport från flygplatsen vilket vi kommit överens om. Sen bad vi om att fixa kaffebryggaren 4ggr utan att de hände något, städningen skedde inte utan att vi bad dem. Även lite allmänt loj attityd, verka som det var dottern i huset som för tillfället va ansiktet utåt vilket hon va långt ifrån mogen för. Ligger även lite långt ifrån centrum och bad, så har man småbarn med så bör man ha bil eller åka taxi.

Everyone was very accommodating from the moment I called to say we would be arriving late at night until we checked out and got a lift to the bus station. Clean, comfortable apartment with our own terrace. The pool was lovely and cleaned daily. The supermarket and a few restaurants are close but you need a taxi to get into Zadar town.

First of all the owner of Villa Vanilla was the greatest person I have even met in my life, she was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We were astonished when we first saw the our studio apartment. It is almost full apartment and we had literally everything i.e sofa, dinning table, fireplace, TV, kitchen with all required appliances, closet and separate bed room. Outside of the apartment we got terrace and swimming pool. The area around the villa is very classy and super safe and walkable approx 15 minutes walk to the beach area as well as to the old town. It is highly recommended.

Super nice host at a cute apartment with pool
We were greeted by the very friendly Antonella, who I believe is the granddaughter of the owner. Her English was great and she really made us feel at home. She even went out of her way to get us coffee supplies at 10.30 in the night since we were going to leave early in the morning. The apartment was really cute with a fully equipped kitchen, a giant bathroom with washing machine and a gorgeous outdoor patio with garden furniture overlooking the pool.

Increible, pocas veces me sentí tan cómodo y bien en un lugar. Muchas gracias a la gente del lugar. Casualmente coincidimos en pascuas y nos dieron pan, huevos, etc. Muuuuy buen servicio y la habitacion es gigante y demasiado cómodo.
