« We selected this hotel not only because of the rooms that are designed for longer stays with larger groups, but also because of the price for what you get. The room was perfect and although the hotel uses an eco cleaning service, in which sheets and towels can be requested to be replaced every three days, it worked out really well, plus our room had a combined washer and dryer which made our longer stays so much easier! The hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but the area has so...

« We travelled as a family of 4 adults, larger room sleeps 5 comfortably. Pros: spacious rooms, kitchenette, seating area seats 4 comfortably, daily room cleaning, complimentary tea/coffee in lobby, toiletry amenities, friendly staff, fast elevator, good ac, internet, good lighting, close to grocery, food and shopping nearby, convenient metro access Cons: toilet room and shower funky smell, bed a little too firm, they had a data security breach recently, area is a little noisy at night. General...

« One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Property was clean, new, and was convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you have kids. »

« Awesome rooms. Kids loved it. Pretty close to everything. »

« Hotel is brand new as of 10/25/2026 our stay was perfect. Front desk was nice. An extra towel which is rare for japan. Paper towels. Plenty of space. Great location. Perfect for central location and not too far from going to Universal Studios. Best hotel of our Japan trip. Will likely just book this brand for all hotels when we come back. »
