'I never stayed in the hotel due to a emergency.And I was in the hospital, I have been fighting to get my money back since the day I was supposed to arrive as I was admitted via ambulance to the ER. Even With your so-called insurance travel guard 2 months later.I am still waiting i will never use Expedia again.I will book directly with the hotel as i'm sure I would have had a better experience.'

'Stayed at MainStay Suites in Tampa one night recently. The property is close to the interstate and nearby the areas of Tampa that I cared about. Breakfast was also tasty with some standard continental breakfast fair. Unfortunately, the property left a lot to be desired. 'The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. '
