'Full of character Beautiful furnishings. We had small executive double room , bed really comfortable , en-suite modern and clean Breakfast huge and delicious ! Across the road from York Minster Only minor complaint was that the bar closed early (around10.30) Other than that it was perfect and will definitely return '

'Stayed here on business and ticket all the right boxes. The room was a bit warm though, despite that the heat had dropped off these last few days. Nice bar area and nice selection of ales. The restaurant was in a real pretty setting. Easy parking in the vicinity of the hotel and they even had parking spaces in front of the rooms which are at the back of the property. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. '
