'I usually like to think you get what you pay for, so i didn't mind paying so much to receive a clean room and service , but in this case i was disappointed, my room and bathroom was dirty, i got attitude from the housekeeping manger when i complained about the room . For the price i paid for a room i was disappointed in my stay. There were eyelashes all over the desk , the bathroom floor had yellow dry stains resembling urine. A used bar soap was in the shower and missing items like body soap...

'Liked the location for my travel plan. Room was acceptably clean and supplied...A/C was not on when I arrived but did work...just had to wait for the very stuffy and warm room cool down...free breakfast was a bit below standards...desk staff was helpful. I would consider another overnite stay in the future.'

'The staff are very customer oriented. The room and lobby cleaning and upkeep was good. There is apparently an issue with condensation/humidity caused by the floors being at a cooler temperature than the room temperature even when the a/c is set at 70 to 73 degrees when it is hot outdoors. It appeared that the staff are aware of the issue and try hard to eliminate issues when it is hot. It was a very puzzling circumstance. Overall I rate the stay as good.
