'Check in consists of a lockbox hanging out of a tree on the footpath outside the place. I hated it as I was there alone and it was getting dark. Place was clean but lots of scuffs and wear and tear. There’s a nightclub nearby which was very loud throughout the night. Most annoyingly was that there was no tv in the bedroom. '

'My go-to when i make my annual trip from Canada, Clean, quiet, and close to beaches and the city. Lot's of great places to eat nearby and easy access to the train/ buses. Friendly staff. see you next year!! '

'Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that...
