Villa Lima is a fabulous 4 bedroom villa, it truly has the luxurious feel throughout.

Inside you will find a spacious and modern lounge with two leather sofas and white furnishings giving the whole space a light and airy feel, there is a large flat screen TV with an excellent UK TV package covering all UK channels including BBC, ITV, movies, sport etc. DVD player and BlueTooth speaker and of course the all-important WiFi is included in the price.

Moving on into the kitchen, there is a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dolce gusto coffee maker etc everything you could possibly need on a luxury self-catering break. The dining area comfortably seats 8, great for relaxing evenings in with family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms, all with plenty of wardrobe space. The master has a en-suite bathroom and then there are 2 further family bathrooms. Air-con available in all bedrooms and lounge area.

Just through the lounge patio doors you will find the good size pool and large private patio, the modern rattan seating area with additional al fresco dining area is just to the side of the villa, set under the shaded pergola, along with a pool table. Then there is a second seating set leading off the master suite and of course plenty of sunbeds for the whole party to chill out on whilst the designated chef lights up the traditional Canarian BBQ.

All in all this is a stunning villa in which no expense has been spared, definitely the perfect place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the long warm sunny days of Lanzarote.

Cot and high chair available for hire on request. A safe is available for use in the villa.

Heerlijke villa op een prima locatie

Goed uitgeruste villa, op een rustige locatie. Alles was goed onderhouden. Minder geschikt voor minder validen ivm hoogte verschillen. Supermarkt met smorgens heerlijke verse broodjes op 2 kilometer afstand. Voldoende zitjes voor elk moment van de dag

Nice villa, very close to Flamingo beech (10 min walk). Good communication from host. Couple of issues whilst staying here included the alarm not working, safety deposit box not having any batteries and air con not working in master bedroom. Everything was rectified ASAP except for the aircon which required a new part which had a lead time of 3 weeks. This left us with only a fan to keep cool on night which was not ideal. I understand there was not much the owners could do about this but it was a bit uncomfortable on an evening. I think the aircon needs servicing more often to ensure this doesnt happen for future guests. Pool always had dust in it which blows in from the nearby mountain (easily cleaned each day though). Pool area, BBQ and Pool table were the main highlights as was the view of Rojha Mountain whilst lying on the sunbeds. Our only main issue was the nearby waterpark which can be a bit busy/noisy from time to time (again, not much the owners can do about that). In summary, we had a fabulous holiday here and will definitely be back to Playa Blanca.

Great villa with plenty of space. Really well maintained and just a short walk to Flamingo Beach and to the main bars and restaurants. Good sized pool which was cleaned twice during our seven day stay. All in all, a great week.

We’ve stayed in Lanzarote 7 times before, always In Puerto Calero. Playa Blanca is farther down the island - a little too far for us. Property not quite as photos make it look - Sun loungers have sunk so you ‘rest’ on the plastic bars underneath and there were no sun lounger cushions / we resorted to luring on a lilo on them to be able to use them at all. Kitchen has a central island with sticky (made it feel dirty) wooden surface. Bedroom door to main hallway - handles sticks so you think your shut out or stuck inside. Small double mattress in double bed frame - very saggy mattress. Overpriced for the condition of some of these facilities Candles everywhere and pizza oven/bbq available but no matches anywhere. Ran out of dishwasher tablets in first week. Welcome pack was basic. Pool table faded and not smooth - couldn’t play properly - seemed like more of a kids ‘toy’. Pool was left to overfill one evening so we had no hot water for showers/baths - realised and noticed to turn outside tap off, or not sure what would have happened 🤷‍♀️ All a bit over-promised but weather and family and the pool made it a good holiday still. Wouldn’t stay at this property or use Vrbo again I’m afraid.

Fabulous villa, beautifully appointed , an amazing array of seating areas in both sun and shade to suit all. Well equipped in the kitchen with space to put food without emptying out cupboards.Spacious bedrooms with so much wardrobe space .The small touches make the difference.... hand wash in the bathrooms , plug in mosquito zappers, A joy to have plenty of seating in the living room .Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa in a good location

The villa itself was extremely spacious. Furnishings are modern and the villa itself spotlessly clean. The outside area consists of seven seating areas, good sized pool and a large barbecue area. Our stay was extremely relaxing and the restaurants and shops a half hour walk away so no car is needed. Cabs if required were approx four euros. Any queries I had in the run up to the holiday were answered promptly. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to visit Playa Blanca.

fantastic villa

The villa was very clean and well laid out. Air-con in ALL the bedrooms was essential for us, as was the WARM private pool. We have had many villa holidays and a "heated" pool isn't always as warm as this was! Everything was as it was listed on the website. LOADS of outside space which was brilliant as the youngest of our party was our 18 year-old Grandson. We all had a great holiday and would certainly book this villa again, numbers permitting. Thanks to all concerned.

Very spacious, well located villa

We just returned from a winter break in villa Lima. The villa is even nicer than its photos. The location is only a 10 walk from from flamingo beach and some nice restaurants. A taxi to the centre of playa Blanca only costs 4e. The layout of the villa is beautiful and the outdoor space is the best we’ve seen. We would have no hesitation in recommending villa Lima. Thanks

5 star all the way for this rental

We have just come back from 2 weeks of total relaxation in this beautiful villa. It had everything we could ask for. It really is as good as the pictures show. We have 4 teenagers and they have enjoyed it as much as us. The pool table held many a competition as did the wonderful pool. The villa was very clean as was the pool. The cleaning team and pool man are so friendly too. Already booked for 2020. Couldn't get 2019 as fully booked already. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars all the way for this rental.

Absolute Gem.

Fabulously clean, modern, spacious villa. Ideal for large families or two family groups, as either side of living space, which is huge, are two bedrooms. We completely relaxed, making use of several separate areas but able to be all together too, when not in the delightful swimming pool. The barbecue area was amazing when not too windy and a lovely place to chill out after walks back from restaurants at night. We so enjoyed several games of Pool on the lower level. Would recommend walking up and around Montana Roja for fabulous views and a drive to El Golfo for a quiet fish lunch/dinner by the sea. Reasuring to have A1 Villas around if there were any problems as they were professional and helpful from the day we booked; thank you. We hope to be back to Lima in the near future.

Good outdoor space

The pool and outdoor areas are very nice with lovely views of the sea in the distance. The villa is in a quiet cul de sac. The layout of the villa is excellent. The furniture is mostly from IKEA. The kitchen has everything you need. We did not sleep well as the mattress in our double room was too thin and too small for the bed The linens used are poor and the sheets were too small for the mattress. There is no window or extractor fan in the bathroom near the double room. it gets very steamy which has caused mildew around the skylight. A1 villas that manage this property are excellent, we would book a villa with them in the future. Plays Blanca is a lovely resort with many wonderful restaurants.

Well-appointed villa with lovely view

The villa was very well-equipped and had all up to date kitchen equipment and utensils. Bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas all tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. The pool is a good size and provided welcome respite from the heat. There is an abundance of outdoor seating areas, so plenty of space to spread out and find a quiet corner to read a book and drink coffee undisturbed! Our only quibble about the property itself is the saloon-style doors for the en-suite bathroom, which were loud and snappy and caused a few bruises! We read in the guest book that these were due to be replaced earlier in the year, and we'd definitely agree this would make a positive difference to the villa. Overall, a lovely place to stay.
