The house is located in a very peaceful setting, in a residential community designed to feel like a small village—ideal if you’re looking for tranquility without being far from everything. The community features a large communal pool with spectacular views, all in a very peaceful and relaxed setting.

Casa Variza is a beautiful, modern two-story home, tastefully furnished.

The first floor features a bright living-dining room with an open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, and toaster). Also on this floor is a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry area.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, and the master bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, which opens onto a lovely little terrace and garden area facing the street.

Casa Variza is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood on a dead-end street where there is hardly any traffic.

Parking is available on the street, just 50 meters from the house.

The house is in a strategic location.
Less than a 2-minute walk from an area where you’ll find: a supermarket, a taxi and bus stop, a playground, and an outdoor court with a sports area.
A 10-minute drive from the fantastic Papagayo Beaches.
The boardwalk is just over a 5-minute walk away.
Marina Rubicón is a 5-minute drive away, and the town center is just over a 5-minute drive away.
Parties and events are not permitted in the house.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
