The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, offering a welcoming and comfortable space furnished with a flat screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace and the shared swimming pool. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bath with WC as well as air conditioning. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible and practical sleeping arrangements for families or groups. A second shower room with WC serves these 2 bedrooms. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
