« Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water »

« I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....

« Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!! »

« The Managers ar the front desk are pretty useless. I only booked here because it said that cribs or pack n plays were available. I confirmed via phone they had one. Apparently they lie. Upon check in with a very exhausted 6 month old baby, we were told they needed to find the crib. 1 manager didnt know what a crib was. Then they said "if" they find it, they'll put it in our room while we grabbed a bite to eat. No call saying they didnt have 1 so we could buy one. Luckily we had the forethought...

« The pool was green and smelled a little like algae/a pond. The bathroom toilet was leaking, but they were aware because they have taped it to stop the leaking. The AC auto cut off at 15 minutes and we were roasting all nights until we asked the front desk to help, which they did immediately. The room was very clean, the breakfast as great, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. »

« Location was good. Our towels were dirty. We wanted to call and tell them, our phone did not work and by the phone it was sticky along with the phone.. Lemon water was empty at night and mid morning. Tables for breakfast were not wiped off. Girl this morning was on the phone. Not much interest in assisting. Water in workout room was empty and no cups! »

« Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...
