'Wildwood Hotel was a very clean Hotel, and the staff was nice. The location was great there was a grocery store very close by a movie theater a pharmacy a gas station everything you needed was close by.'

'I booked my wife into a handicapped room because she cannot use the toilet or bath without having a handicapped accessible bathroom. When she went to go to the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing toilet paper, or any bodily waste. When we asked the front desk for assistance the person said she would get someone to fix it. We waited 3 hours and no one ever came. When we called the front desk again, the person told us there was no maintenance person available untill the next day. She...

'The toilet was broken in 1st room. 2nd room had no towels. Went to the pool, no towels either. Cable TV guide didn't match the channel #s. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there seemed to be many things that could have been avoided with better leadership and intention on creating a great experience.'

'I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....

'I can't get a hold of anyone to ancell the reservation'

'Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!'

'Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water'
