'Wildwood Hotel was a very clean Hotel, and the staff was nice. The location was great there was a grocery store very close by a movie theater a pharmacy a gas station everything you needed was close by.'

'Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!'

'I booked my wife into a handicapped room because she cannot use the toilet or bath without having a handicapped accessible bathroom. When she went to go to the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing toilet paper, or any bodily waste. When we asked the front desk for assistance the person said she would get someone to fix it. 'Very clean room and hotel, great breakfast'

'The toilet was broken in 1st room. 2nd room had no towels. Went to the pool, no towels either. Cable TV guide didn't match the channel #s. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there seemed to be many things that could have been avoided with better leadership and intention on creating a great experience.'

'The Managers ar the front desk are pretty useless. I only booked here because it said that cribs or pack n plays were available. I confirmed via phone they had one. Apparently they lie. Upon check in with a very exhausted 6 month old baby, we were told they needed to find the crib. 1 manager didnt know what a crib was. Then they said "if" they find it, they'll put it in our room while we grabbed a bite to eat. No call saying they didnt have 1 so we could buy one. Luckily we had the forethought...

'Location was good. Our towels were dirty. We wanted to call and tell them, our phone did not work and by the phone it was sticky along with the phone.. Lemon water was empty at night and mid morning. Tables for breakfast were not wiped off. Girl this morning was on the phone. Not much interest in assisting. Water in workout room was empty and no cups!'

'I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....
