'This is a nice place for solo travelers or a small family with kids. The kid’s bedroom has tons of games and is themed nicely. The backyard is huge but unfenced and the property is off of a busy road. Th house itself was clean and the host offered a variety of things such as slippers for the whole family, house shoes, and bath things for everyone. The house does not have a tv but the wifi works well. '

'There was an odor in the house (probably dead rodent) that was very noticeable. When I messaged the host about it he said that “someone from his team “Would come check it out but no one came. I messaged him again the next day as well'

'Edgar was very quick to respond to all my inquiries. We stayed here for the weekend. We had eight in our party. We had ample room/beds. The house was very clean and the pictures on website are accurate. There was ample parking. Easy access on and off 395. There are three small things I am going to mention, there were no washcloths (I normally bring loofahs but forgot them) so we had to run to Walmart. The pillows are thin and you would need to use at least two for a comfortable sleep (I always...

'We arrived late in the evening to find there was no water due to the pipes were frozen. The host was quick to respond to my message and arrived within 30 minutes. Unfortunately it was late and we had small tired children. We ended up having to find a hotel for the night and find another house to rent for the week. The host was very nice apologetic. He issued us a full refund.'

'We loved it. The location was a home run...we were there for a wedding, and would have liked to have skipped it and just stayed in this marvelous lake house. We swam, we canoed, we sat in the hot tub, and waved at all the darling neighbors sailing by. It was great.'
