'The breakfast was very good, the lobby was Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was where the hotel was located. The Hotel behind this one had people hanging out around the rooms, and the smell of smoke, and liquor was pretty strong. It looked like a hangout for Thugs.'

'Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. 'I stayed for 4 days 5/20-5/24. Upon arrival, my sheets were dirty, as well as the countertops, windows and shower floor. I asked for a new room and was unable to switch due to being “overbooked”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work so I had to keep doing to the lobby for ice. EVERY SINGLE DAY my key card would stop working and I would have to go downstairs to reactivate it (and no it was no where near my phone to deactivate itself). 'Very friendly and accommodating staff, although there was only one person doing everything. It's a nice hotel, but the rooms are teeny. There's literally nowhere except the bed to open a suitcase. Very odd.'
