'We stayed here several nights until we were able to get back into our home after it was damaged by water. So we had kittens and kids with us, and were all together a hot mess when we arrived. But the staff were all so friendly and patient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was top-notch. 'The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.'

'The Spartanburg Marriott is a lovely place in great condition with high end finishes in the common areas, a convenient parking garage on site, clean and comfortable rooms and a helpful staff. We've stayed multiple times, for one night at a time, when passing through the area. It's worth the short drive from the interstate to stay in a place that is quiet and welcoming. We'll be staying there again, and again.'
