'I keep coming back to this Best Western when I'm in Spartanburg. From comfortable bed, well appointed Breakfast Bar to small outdoor pool and clean rooms. Always a great stay.'

The bathroom is outdated and could definitely use remodeling. One of the front desk staff members was also discourteous. 'Not a fan. Arrived to all the trash cans overflowing and roach belly up at front desk. Waited a while to check in. Room was big and bed comfortable but flooring and sheets felt cheap.'

'The interiors have been updated recently. Our room was nice, but there was mildew on the grout next to the shower. I noticed a little mouse feces on the bedspread before we left. When we were there, the front breezeway was stripped down to steel beams, so it must have been next on the list for an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but would have liked some bacon as an option to sausage links.'

'Pros: the clerk was kind, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean Cons: felt like prison and guilty before proven innocent. took 30 minutes to check in with an already paid for room. (One guest ahead of me). Plastic partition at front desk felt like jail. Wording of "taking $50 cc deposit would be returned if not stains, etc found in room." Took a bath and while in the bath (husband answered knock at the door) and man asked if someone was taking a shower (yes) and its leaking downstairs...

'I called prior to booking to ask if there was room for a pick up and 40' trailer to park and was informed that there was. upon arrival, there was not enough room to easily pull in and park the truck and trailer. The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you. To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing.'
