'Very clean. Very new'

'We usually don't stay in hotels with numbers in it but we were just looking for an overnight stay. The hotel was clean. the beds were good, a little squeeky but they were comfy beds. We didn't have any wash clothes in the bathroom. I would recommend for a one night stay.'

'Greeted by a friendly desk person. Knew how to complete the check-in process without hiccups/being slow or feeling rushed. Was able to answer questions about the immediate area. Everything worked well in the room. (We had spent previous days with bath fan that sounded like a jet engine!) Happy not to have that again... Breakfast was good with longer hours than most locations. Impressed us we could have coffee at any time too.'

'Unable to get in after 9p door code sent didn’t work husband called the number door code they were giving didn’t work fortunately people with us had a different code which did work we tried getting in for 30minutes and no front desk staff or staff in the building at all after 9p!! Freaking crazy!!! So only virtual help available and they were worthless'

'Loved the free dinner and drinks! All was great, but I will have to remember to check if hotels are pet friendly, not a fan! Maybe place pets and their owners on separate floors from those without pets? Not sure they should be allowed by the food….?'

'Side entrances were filthy with spiders and bugs. Pool was out of order. Hallways dirty.'

'Wi-fi issues for two days. I called the number they gave me on day two and they needed my IP address. Did have wi-fi that night. Front desk did tell me about another guest unable to get wi-fi too. System problem not hotel issue. 4 unsupervised children under 12 playing football in pool while my three grandchildren were trying to have fun in the pool. Help did check who was there to supervise (no one) boys took football and left when asked to leave Wife fell while going to car in the rain. Left...

'Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!'
