The shower was low pressure and without shampoo when we arrived the 1st night. Staff was really helpful and nice. My family enjoyed the stay overall. 'The guy at check in was great, the one good thing about this booking. He gets 10/10. The room and property are ATROCIOUS. Every surface was filthy. There were smelly clothes in the dresser. Flooring is peeling up. Ceiling is peeling down. Bathtub is peeling paint. Stained towels and sheets. Lots of weird particulate on the sheets, dirty mattress. 'I didn't stay. It is August, the A/C wasn't working in the first room. And the room was spartan and hadn't been updated in forever. One small window in a concrete block building. It felt like a cave. Not even a rug on the floor. Got another room that the A/C seemed to be somewhat working but the room was still too warm. Same cave like feel, sat on the bed and it was like a board. The sign in the check in lobby said "no refunds" I didn't care. Took the key and the remote they gave me for the TV...
