'Wonderful Little Cottage. Clean, well put together, would definitely recommend.'

'The space is wonderful. Especially the linens/towels/comfy bed. We didn’t use the hot tub. We thought the backyard space, while quiet and private was a bit unkempt but okay. The path into the cottage gives the feeling of walking into another world which we loved. The location is a stones throw from town, with everything we needed!'

'So comfortable and well-kept and cute! We wanted for nothing. We all enjoyed a magical night around the fire pit, with all the stars and fireflies out. It doesn’t get much better than this. We’d definitely love to come back sometime.'

'We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.'

'This cottage is perfect! Clean and comfortable, with every amenity covered, with such lovely touches as fresh flowers and farm-fresh eggs! The highlight was the view from the overlook -- breathtaking in the late spring and probably every season! Maureen is a perfect host -- precise directions and instructions, and a level of thoughtfulness that goes above and beyond. I look forward to staying there again! '

'Myself and my partner really enjoyed our 4-night stay in the smaller half of Brook Cottage. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is plenty spacious for two, nicely presented and very well furnished and equipped. There was nothing lacking. The cottage is set back from the road so was nice and quiet. We didn’t use the patio because of the chilly early April weather, but that too was a nice space. Located at the top end of town, it was only a short walk to shops and restaurants....

'My family and I came up with our dogs to recharge and reconnect. The vrbo was only a short distance from fantastic hikes and was extremely family friendly. The pictures do not do it justice- the place was much nicer, newer, and cleaner than I had been anticipating. We were all impressed. I would absolutely stay there again.'

'We arrived to a beautiful house overlooking vast forested mountains with a beautiful little pond with lots of froggy friends to watch. The hot tub was nice and we all got a good night sleep. Lots of good hikes around and lots of little towns to visit and pop into for a book or coffee. Great stay!'
