'The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. '

'The Marriott is a terrific resort. The staff are excellent and the restaurants delicious. We only had one issue. We booked a 3rd floor room and were given a 9th floor then an 8th floor room. One of our guests is terrified of heights so was uncomfortable in that room but we were told there were no other rooms available. Booked through Expedia. Next time will confirm through hotel which floor we’re on. '

'Spent 4 nights, 5 days with my husband and two tween/teen sons. We loved the pools, the rooms, the beds/pillows, the staff was amazing, the drinks, and the kids loved the pool side food (wings, chicken strips, pizza, burgers). As far as the rest of the menu, breakfast was decent, but dinner was lacking in my opinion. The reservation only dinner option (Andreas) doesn't know how to season meat, fish, etc properly. The flavor was sorely lacking. On Asian night, they put orange sauce on EVERYTHING...

'The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. Other than that the unit was perfect for our stay and visit around the city. The staff is really friendly with the people '

'We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility '

'when we arrived to the hotel they assigned us a room when we opened the door it wasn’t cleaned yet so they changed our room and it smelled horrible I asked a second time if they could change our room they said no.
