'It was an great hotel. Very modern, very clean. The pool/hottub is in the roof and is very nice. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The mattress was a little to firm but that would be the only complaint. Theres a bar next door that play live music late but your in Mexico and th a ts a bonus. Less thst a mile from the hitel zone. The hotel zone is more modern than the melacon and cleaner. Stove, microwave, fridge,coffee maker. Nice bathroom 🚻 '

'Friendly staff and very good happy hours Big rooms and quiet at night It’s not a 5 stars but it’s got a family feel to it I was very surprised that I had to pay for housekeeping as extra for my 4 night there One day I had no house no housekeeping just two towels the next day only ask for one extra roll of toilet paper then they told me I need to an extra 300 pesos for housekeeping I rent about 50 rooms a year and i never encountered that except in Air B&B and I liked at my reservation on...

'The front desk staff was wonderful, the room was clean, the FREE breakfast was better than the expensive Holiday Inn's. The only thing we missed was a fridge in the room. We stayed here for a night before flight and I would totally pick them again.'

'Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. '

'Great place to stay! All inclusive option was excellent and the variety of the restaurants (room service also included!!!) and bar service/options were perfect. Family friendly activities during day and evening, quiet at 11pm was most appreciated! Temperature was perfect and the towels were new, fluffy and very clean! A great resort with everything! '
