« This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

« This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups. »

« This place is very well kept. Check in was super easy. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need and love the coffee machine. Location is primo as it’s within walking distance to many restaurant and bar choices. Garage parking is a nice feature as well. Highly recommend this property. »

« great location very cute well maintained place with character. if you can’t climb stairs don’t go there. four flights of stairs one room per floor. but its very comfortable and fun if you can climb. loved it. parking on street. if your car is taller than 6’6” like ours we had to drive out of town to find overnight parking that wasn’t on the street. »

« My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. The house is beautiful and located on the main street of town, just steps away from an amazing coffee shop and fabulous lunch and dinner places.The kitchen looked well supplied, tho we didn’t cook.
