'I appreciated the fact that the staff were flexible on the check out time for other family members that were not staying a second night. The late check out was helpful for my son and daughter in law with small children - they did not have to leave so early for the Celebration of Life for a close family member.'

'Quick check in and out process, great breakfast with hot and cold items, helpful front desk staff, and everything was cleaned well. Bathrooms offer Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) for use. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but saw others using them and the area and overall atmosphere seemed great. I would stay here again!'

'There was a stain on my bed flat sheet. The door has terrible soundproofing. I got woken up every day at 8 am with children and adults screaming and talking in the hallway. You can hear everyone's doors slam shut all day. However, the staff is very friendly, and there is complimentary coffee and breakfast.'

The host provides a clean room and comfortable room for guests to stay in safety. I did not use the kitchen, therefore there are no comments to provide. 'We spent two nights there during our trip to Toronto area. The location is easy to access and close to many good Asian restaurants. The room is spacious but a facilities are a little outdated. It's very clean. The indoor pool is very nice.'

'Bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Pool could be maintained better. But other than that, everything else was great. Parking was convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Market was very helpful for late arrival snacks. Spacious lounge with comfortable seating. Staff was available and friendly.'

'My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The complete staff at the front desk, maintenance guy, cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful. My sister and I were quite sensitive to noise and the staff really did their utmost to make it as less noise as possible. Also the suite itself was very well equipped, spacious and neat.Breakfast buffet was included, that was great too. I would really want to stay there again. '

'Rooms are dated, and to be honest the rugs should be removed in these rooms. It smelled a little like dirty socks whenever we entered! However, that said, for the price that I paid, the room was reasonable and the beds comfortable!'
