Hôtel près de Willow Springs Park (Johnson City)

« The hotel was in the middle of a remodeling project in the foyer, dinning area, main desk and outside. Dust, dirt, debris and noise was bad. The pool was unusable as well as the surrounding area. Very dirty! There was no hot breakfast for the 2 days we were there. Just cold stuff. Staff did the best they could under the circumstances. »

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »

Imagine you have a child, will you want your child see those. Nope. They still charge me even though I didn’t sleep there with all those things I saw »

« Nice place, pool a little smaller then imagined but was still nice indoor/outdoor pool. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was ok, pillows were probably our biggest complaint, not very comfortable. »
