The bed was just right and everything we needed was available at the location. The guidebook was well put together and outlined anything we needed to know. All communication was clear and we would definitely stay at this location again. »

« There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...

« Our stay was absolutely perfect. The host communicated very quickly (though no issues to report). The unit had everything you could possibly need down to dog bowls and earplugs (though it was not noisy at all). The fenced in area was perfect to enjoy coffee and let our dog off leash. The walkability was fantastic - close to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops (be sure to try Slims and get curry or ahi tuna bowl). Thank you for such an enjoyable time visiting our daughter in Portland »

« This property is walkable to Woodstock and Reed College. I walked every morning to get coffee and Papaccinos (best latte ever) and walked to Reed in the evenings to watch the sunset or walk the canyon. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The home was impeccably clean with good toiletries. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make a meal or to bring back take out. The owner was very responsive and easily understood in his responses. Finding another reason to come back to Portland. from this kid. »

« If you're traveling and really just need a quiet, comfortable, and no fuss place to stay this is it.This place was honestly one of the most well thought-out places I have ever stayed. It was easy to check-in, clean, and the hosts communicated really well. But there were also a lot of little things that even I hadn't thought of in the room that were very convenient. They clearly put in a lot of effort to provide all the little things you may forget while traveling and I really appreciated...

« It talks about a private entrance but it isn't because there are multiple rooms in the basement of this property that get rented out. I had hoped to have a private getaway and instead i was greated with a shared entrance and steep shared parking on gravel. Also, when you walk into get into the door there isn't an indicator as to which key box your code is for. The "doors" to each room/space is just a sliding glass door. Extremely revealing as we could see into both our rooms and others...
