'I adore returning to this beautiful hotel, and when I arrived yesterday, was so happy to be welcomed by Carolina, whose customer service is so outstanding. I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional-we are so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel in Spiez'

'We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed.'

'This hotel is a great choice for those who seek for a long period of rest without distractions. There's no working WiFi at the hotel, so I recommend bringing a book. The staff won't disturb you, since they won't clean your room until you specifically ask for it. Parking is 11CHF per day. The location is great and there are lots of walking trails around the hotel. At every moment of the day you're gonna see paragliders lifting of at a site just near the hotel. Unfortunately I couldn't get any...
