'Extremely relaxing for the most part. What wasn’t relaxing is the inattention of staff. I waited for a member of staff to order a pre-dinner drink, after 15 minutes I went to the bar /restaurant payment area. No staff. The bartender said he could do it for me. I gave him my order and returned to my seat some distance away. Having had my pre-dinner drink it was time to order dinner and a second drink. I waited 25 minutes with an empty glass. The 3 staff members were hovering around the payment...

'Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven in Byron Bay. De kamers zijn mooi, modern en schoon. De ligging van het hotel is net buiten het centrum, in een rustige straat, maar het is maar een korte wandeling naar het gezellige centrum. Men is er erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. Voor ons was dit één van de beste hotels die we in Australië hebben gehad.'
