'Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. '

'We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The downstairs rooms have a back door that leads to the gorgeous pool area. The room was clean and comfortabel and the staff was lovely and accommodating. And breakfast was great: there are various options to choose from, cooked or not. We only walked around a little, the center isn't very big, but we walked to the beach (approx. 15 minute walk) and it was beautiful there'

'Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.
