'Really nice reception staff and made us feel welcome and was really nice to us as we stayed there because my daughter had an operation and needed to rest after and they made sure we had everything we needed and one of them even offered to fill her hot water bottle for her stomach. 'Really like this hotel. Small, friendly, a home from home in many respects. Very comfortable bed, lovely room. Excellent breakfast. Superb, caring staff. Only minor issue on this visit was the room tv mysteriously switched itself on at 3.15am and woke me up. I addressed this on the second night by switching it off at the mains. We will be back!'
