'Mooi hotel met goede ontbijtservice en leuk restaurant onderdeel van Hyatt keten naast de deur'

'We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient 1 min walk to the Galleria. Staff was very firendly. Room a little bit dated but not disturbing. Beds slept great. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall will be back when visting next time.'

'Personeel hielp graag mee en locatie was goed. Ook gratis parkeren. Simpel ontbijt maar wel lekker. Verder stond dat de kamers dagelijks schoongemaakt zouden worden, dat is er niet gebeurd. Ook de kamersleutel werkte niet goed waardoor we het dagelijks opnieuw moesten laten doen bij de balie.'

'This is an excellent place to stay if you plan to go to Houston. The staff and management are very kind and helpful. During my stay they were experiencing challenges in the kitchen but regardless this the staff put out an amazing breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!'
